Michael Mann wants to sue Mark Steyn over thr latter's claim that his climate change hockey stick graph was 'fraudulent' (which it was of course). Good luck with that, Michael.

Is there any way that these court decisions could shed some light on improving energy effiecny products. I am tired of having to make that winter phone call for a heating repair. I understand that these products are capable of supplying efficient energy, but these products become inefficient when I have to bring them in for repairs once a year.
